I got a few requests for the icing recipe I used on the Valentine cookies. I’ve tried several versions of royal icing—mostly Martha Stewart—but I recently discovered this one from Sweetopia. It was just the right consistency (you can outline and flood with the same icing—big time saver) and has the added bonus of being adorably illustrated.
