Life....
Big news on the life front… Starting Wednesday I will no longer be living in South Florida. My job has transferred me to New Orleans, Louisiana and I start work there on Thursday.
I forgot how quickly my life can change with this company and how exciting it is to start a new chapter. Oh yeah and did I mention that chapter starts with Mardi Gras?????

I’ve decided that Super Bowl Sunday is a top 3 holiday. I know what you are thinking…it’s not really a holiday all you do is watch football, nothing is bring celebrated.
I disagree. Beyond the football, the commercials and the beer, Super Bowl Sunday is the celebration of one thing and one thing only: The Chicken Wing.
